Shipping Information

Due to high volume of orders, we are currently running behind on shipping. If you require expedited service due to deployment or some other pressing need please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss options.

You WILL receive an email containing your tracking number when your order ships.

Please note: We are based in Canada and all orders will ship from Canada by Canada Post unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you are ordering from the US, your order will get handed off from Canada Post to USPS at the border to continue its journey to you. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure your country allows the importation of the item in question before purchasing.

Unless alternate arrangements have been made, all shipments are sent via Canada Post and will be delivered by your local postal provider. If you have requested upgraded shipping, tracking numbers will be sent to you via email after your order has shipped. Otherwise your package will be sent by the most economical method with no tracking number available. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit or held at customs.

Many countries have import laws or customs processes that make sending knives unfeasible unfortunately. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us and we will investigate whether it is possible to add your country to the list.
